special treat is the Terme di Montecatini. Located just 27 miles north
west of Florence and nestled in the lush rolling hills of Tuscany. This
lovely and centrally located spa resort was built in a typical Renaissance
style. The hotels do not offer spa treatments in house but you can easily
access the spa from your hotel. The Terme Excelsior spa was built between
1905 and 1909 with its Art Deco salon and Renaissance-style portico.
